Jon gave me my first sports massage which put right several aches and pains.I found his explanations very useful and am applying his tips.I decided to repeat the experience to observe the sustained effects.Fantastic experience.

Thanks to Jonathan and I highly recommend him !!!I have been working from home for a year now and I had posture related lower back pain, neck pain on and off, last two weeks the pain has been unbearable and I have been just taking pain killers. My first session with Jonathan yesterday was a bliss !! He straightaway knew what’s going on and he knew the exact points to treat, today I woken up feeling much better than what it has been over last two weeks for me. Tho my muscle are a bit sore from the treatment but I do not have the horrible neck pain, uncomfortable lower back and headache any more ... can’t wait for my next treatment with Jonathan and get fully recovered!Thanks a ton !

I have just had an amazing massage from Jon today, I was stressed out and in pain when he arrived. When he had finished I literally floated off the massage table. The stress had just melted away ! I really can't thank Jon enough, my neck and back were in considerable pain. I was delighted to be able to bend down , sit down and get up, all after just 1 session. Just experienced the most exceptional sports massage from Jonathan, after a very intense couple of months at F45 and the gym. I thought it was just my left calf and shoulder that was sore/tired, but Jonathan found every little bit of tightness in my body from my feet to my forearms. He listened carefully to what I thought were the areas that needed work, but his hands and hot stones found many other pinchpoints that I didn’t even know were tight! Once he’d worked on the areas and released the tension, it felt absolutely insane. He really has an amazing gift and energy, and I can’t recommend highly enough!

I booked Jon for a holistic massage at home and the experience was fantastic. He was friendly and professional and immediately inspired confidence. Jon was careful to discuss what I needed from the treatment as well as any medical issues which really made me feel like I was in capable hands from the start. Jon is very professional and very amiable, so it was very easy to relax and I felt very comfortable telling him what I needed work on and giving him feedback during the massage and he listens and adjusts. He's very strong, so if you need a good deep-tissue massage, he will definitely deliver. He also will check up on you afterward to see how you're feeling. I have had several massages now and always feel like the work he's done has helped. I am very happy to continue going back to him when I need it.

My friend bought me a 90 minute massage after a traumatic birth. I'd never had a home massage before so didn't know what to expect. I was a bit worried it would be twinkly twinkly bullsh*t" light touch as I prefer massages firm that help your body and muscles rather than just a simple relax. Well was I wrong! I can only describe my massage as a 10/10 exorcism of all my trauma and anxiety. I learnt a lot from Jonathan including that I a have hyper mobile joints and that swimming would be the best exercise for my body. The essential oils were personalised and Jonathan puts so much effort in getting to know his clients

Jonathan gave me a very relaxing hot stone massage and also relieved a lot of the tightness in my legs from playing tennis regularly. Overall the experience was very professional and Jonathan knew his stuff, highlighting all the key areas that I needed to work on, stretch more and warm up more to help prevent injury when playing sport. He also went above and behind by recommending some extra stretches and palates moves to help remove the imbalance in my body and help with my posture at work. Would highly recommend to anyone.
