I've been trying to get the intercom fixed for the building I live in for over two years, they just don't care. They have only recently sent an electrician but it still isn't fixed and they have started ignoring my emails again. The problem is especially annoying for one of my neybours that lives on the top floor.

Do not recommend! Patronising, unprofessional and try as hard as they can not to gove your deposit back. Do not rent with them!

Molly is absolutely amazing! She is so friendly, professional and efficient. My husband and I relocated from South Africa to England, and she sorted out a lovely rental apartment for us within 2 days of us arriving in Ilfracombe!
