A 5 star garage who only do genuine MOT tests, that only fail if genuinely need the appropriate repairs and only pass if genuinely fit for purpose on presentation on the MOT test. Also all servicing work is carried out to a very high standard, with customers being updated throughout the work being carried out and honest advice to ask first if they can go ahead with other problems they may have encountered whilst in the custody of the workshop even inviting the customer to come and see what defects they have found. .I can confirm that there are very few garages/workshops with there very honest and trustworthy technicians that are available to the general public now.To conclude, if your car is in need of diagnostic work, servicing or you want a down to earth MOT, then please get in contact with SJM Motor Repairs LTD and have a lovely first communicating chat with them. Also, they can provide a, cheap loan car if your vehicle will not be ready on the day. If only I could award more stars!!!!

Number 1 go to garage in Oxford for me from this day on.I got turned away by 15+ reputable garages in Oxford after I noticed an engine warning light showing on my BMW dashboard. SJM Motor Repairs were the only garage that was willing to take on this complex challenge.Luke was able to fix the issue in 20 minutes! I always go to SJM for my MOT & vehicle needs! Sam and the team were very accommodating & went the extra mile to help me find the (very unusual issue) behind my car overheating. They fixed my problem in just 2 hours and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend!

I contacted the garage this morning, having damaged my coil spring last night. Sam offered his assistance straight away and ordered the new part for me. I had spent all morning calling around different garages trying to get support but with no luck. I drive around a lot for work, seeing clients with mental health issues in the community. When I explained this to Sam, he offered to carry out the work the same day, despite being booked up.It can be very difficult as a young female to find a garage with staff who are trustworthy and offer reasonable prices, but thankfully I have now found just that.Definitely recommend and will be returning when I am in need again in the future.

As a single woman I have often been lied to by other garages, ending up costing me a lot of money. But going to SJM it feels like going to family for help. They are lovely, kind and provide the best service. I can't recommend them enough.
