I was so lucky to find Guy when I had an issue with my 2011 MacBook Pro. Guy is so kind and helpful and brought my laptop back to life with replacement hard drive & battery, and I got it back in 24 hours. Brilliant service and thoroughly nice person to deal with!

I’ve been a Mac user since the days of the Classic around 1990. I first met Guy about 20 years ago when I was having a problem with my 3rd Mac and not being able to connect it to my old laser printer. We met up by arrangement, he gave me a cable that he knew would make the connection, and since then he has always supervised my move from Mac to Mac to Mac and so on to the one I run today. When my Macbook Air died a death at the hands my my 10 year old, Guy was brilliant. Talked me through everything on the phone, completed a report for the insurers and remotely helped me set up a new one. All within 48 hours. Fantastic service. Thanks Guy.

My 2012 MacBook Pro had become so slow it was permanently beachballing and I was on the point of buying a new one when I discovered Guy. He has transformed its performance to good as new, and provided a great follow up service, all for a very reasonable fee. He has also made lots of suggestions to help me run the Mac more efficiently and get the fibre broadband I didn't know I was eligible for. I'm delighted to have found such a helpful expert for all my future Mac support!

I had some trouble installing some third party drivers on my MacBook to communicate with my CNC machine and was put in the direction of Guy. Being a fairly obscure issue, it'd contacted some people beforehand and having tried a lot myself didn't know what else to suggest I do but from the very first phone call Guy had an idea of how to get up and running which I believe is a testimony to the scope of his knowledge. A few emails back and forth and a very frustrating situation was rather quickly resolved.I found him to genuinely want to help and I can't thank him enough for his efforts. Nothing less than 5 stars from me.
