From the moment we walked in the staff so pleasant and guided us through the process of choosing what was right for our family and the ideas we had . Gemma and Vanessa always ready to help and kept us updated all the way through we saw the headstone for the first time at the weekend and it was perfect the craftsmanship exceptional quality no hesitation in recommending James Hilton

Fantastic family business. I wanted to retrieve a grave stone from Southern Cemetery and have it engraved with my recently departed mother's details. I spoke with Harry on many occasions who guided me through the whole process. The guys at Hilton's couldn't have been more helpful when I was looking for kind words to add to the head stone. They always kept me up to date with progress and promised to re-erect the stone by a certain anniversary date and they did. They even collected the gravestone early to avoid damage that could have occurred to the stone, as a result of earth movement after grave digging operations. Finally we went to see the re-erected stone, but got confused about its location. We phoned Hilton's as they were closing, but Stephen insisted on meeting us in the cemetery and took us to the location. He asked if their was anything else he could help with. Such an empathetic business. Absolutely 5star !!

My sister & I were dealt with empathy & professionally in all aspects of choosing first the headstone & also the wording as our Mum had been reunited with her Mum & Dad. Lovely family run business. Always welcoming! Very helpful and accomodating to peoples individuals needs. I was more than pleased with the end result. Everything was done as quickly as possible and although I took longer than I should have finalising things, they were very patient and friendly. My mums stone looks beautiful and I now feel proud going to visit her.Thanks again for all your hard work. I would give Hilton`s ten stars if I could. My family has used this company several times since 1979. Vanessa and the team are caring and professional and their work is simply the best there is. I fully endorse both their approach and skilled workmanship and I believe they are the best in the business.

I can’t thank Gemma and her dad enough for everything they did for my little sisters headstone. They really went above and beyond and then even further! There are no words for how amazing they’ve been and how much easier they made this process. The headstone turned out to be the most beautiful headstone I have ever seen. We are absolutely thrilled with the work carried out. The Headstone (56 years old) was removed, cleaned a name added, and put back, placed on a granite base. The Bible that was at the front of the headstone was also removed a name added, and placed back (2 bereavements in very short space of time) finished off with beautiful marble roped surround edging.From start to finish anything we asked was never too much trouble! the service has been outstanding. Cannot recommend highly enough. A beautiful resting place for our loved ones.Thank you so much
