I am very pleased with the service I received from Ewa and Mateusz. Ewa quickly allocated a time in their busy diary and Mateusz arrived on time and he completed his job in 30min. Company delivers a professional approach and quick solutions. Highly recommended the service to everyone.

I called white eagle Ltd to fix an Engineer out hotpoint E13 washer dryer. Guy didn't seem to know what he was doing as he though it was a E14 fault. Said it was a blocked water inlet. Plastic sting was the problem. But when I checked on Google it us a dryer temperature problem. Won't use them again. Great at get the £70 though.

I contacted White Eagle as many people had recommended them on Facebook. I needed my electric oven fixed and Mateusz was so efficient. He’s hardworking, personable and very reliable. 5 star service and I’d definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Highly recommended. Very professional and smooth service. An engineer came to repair a broken washer/drier within days of it breaking. By coincidence my dishwasher broke not long after and they came even quicker. I decided to replace it rather than repair, they delivered a new one and installed it the next working day. Very reasonable prices as well. I would use their services again.

Marek refitted my washing machine door seal - I tried for hours to sort myself but to no avail. He is an absolute wizard, took him no time at all to resolve. Booking process was seamless and driver arrival tracker was a nice touch. Will definitely use White Eagle Repair again if I have any appliance issues in the future!

We have used white eagle 3 times now and will continue to do so! Booking is easy, they message with a two hour slot and then let you know when they’re on their way. The team look professional, well kept and know what they’re doing! We’ve had our dryer fixed once and machine washing twice. Highly recommend!!

Quick response to the call out to my faulty washing machine. When deemed not cost effective to repair a new machine was quoted for installation cheaper than high street and online prices. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism.

HiThis is a very belated review for White Eagle Repair who successfully fixed our tumble dryer last year.The staff were very helpful and prompt and also listened to my description in detail of what we were hearing when it was malfunctioning. Asking questions to really find out where the issue was which I don't we would have got from a lot of places as it appeared out machine behaved in a different way the standard machine meaning it could have been written off as past it last legs.We would highly recommend White Eagle and would also use them again without hesitation. Very professional, very thorough and hard working.
