Symmetry Sports & Remedial Massage
I have been receiving sports massage treatments from Abi for the last 4 years both for general maintenance and in conjunction with some extreme endurance events. She is brilliant. She listens, asks good questions and works hard to find the route cause of any issues, not just a quick fix. I particularly like her use of myofascial release. I recently became a mum and so she is helping me get back to full strength post natal. Highly reccommended.

As a sports massage therapist myself I need treatments to keep me in peak condition so I can in turn perform for my clients. I would not go to anyone else, Abi has a holistic approach to her work and is incredibly knowledgeable in both diagnosis and treatment. Fully recommend her.
