5 Star Customer Service. Stopped here on the way home from Scarborough with family, and the staff were amazing. Everybody working was so nice, smiling and saying Hi. Great service, loverly hot food and amazing coffee. But the staff service really won it. A really big Thankyou from all the family, we have a long drive home and your pleasantness and happy smiles perked us all up.

Coffee is always great but I gave 5* especially for the customer service on the drive through, wanted no diary and got shown the allergy free tablet menu and everything was explained very well.Ally was very helpful, very friendly and very chatty. Fantastic services from her

Been twice in the past 2 weeks, first time my order of 2 drinks was made wrong and a plant based milk drink(I'm lactose intolerant) was made with normal milk which I didn't realise until were already on the road so I was ill. Second time the 2 drinks both plant based milk were made with normal cream on top and I'm pretty sure there was no syrup in it as it just tasted like a glass of milk. Granted they did offer to remake it but the first girl who made it wasn't apologetic and I felt like I was the issue with asking for it to be remade, another girl who did remake it was nice about it but staff either didn't care or need to be retrained about allergies!! If I hadn't asked about the cream I would've been ill again.

Called in for coffee and a cake with my wife. Parked in the disabled bay, as we have a blue badge. Ordered a coffee and a chocolate, plus 2 cakes. Isak put the cakes on a tiny tray. Then had to put the drinks on a second tray.I asked him for help carrying them to our table. He said that the counter was a barrier that he wouldn't cross. The he said.....but feel free to make as many trips as I need to take our purchases to the table. I asked why there was no customer assistance......he smirked and said enjoy the rest of your day. What an ignorant person he is.No chance of us visiting again......absolutely appalling service.

Conveniently located for a quick coffee and snack near York. Plenty of seating inside or if I’m a rush there is a drive through facility. Service was quick for us and the coffee was decent.

Nice Starbucks, conveniently located next to the A64 near York.Friendly staff and great coffee.Let down by slow service, dirty floors and tables not being cleared every time we've visited, despite seeming to be never overly busy and sufficiently staffed.

Asked fir a caramel frappe with coffee and she made a one without . I even she said to her is there coffee in this. She said yes but I watched her make it no coffee was put in.

Made my order only to be told its gone cashless. If you won't accept legal tender I won't return. Just lost another customer.
