Ben supplied and fitted all new doors, windows, bifolds and patio doors for our home renovation. His service was absolutely brilliant and assisted with all questions and queries and offered help when decision making. When it came to installing he was professional and reliable and the work carried out was of the highest standard. Ben was extremely professional and did a great job replacing my very old UPVC windows with sliding sash windows (not an easy job) and a flush casement frame. I can be a fussy customer, and he was very accommodating around the type of finish I was looking for. I love how they’ve turned out! Would definitely recommend and use Ben again.

Called Ben to ask for help repairing a broken handle on one of our windows. He came to the house the same day. Fixed the problem with a spare part from his van. He was professional and polite. We will definitely be calling him again and will recommend him to friends.

Waste of time. Came round, said would come back with a quote but has not. Won't answer telephone and ignored couple of texts. So(it was Ben of the company) hasn't even got the decency to just tell me they(he) didnt want to do the job(replace a glass roof on a garden room). Wasted by time but worse is of course the lack of courtesy. Hence this poor review.

We needed a replacement velux fitted. Veluxs' own fitter quote was twice as much as SG Glass! Throughout the process we were kept informed, replied to phone calls, very professional service and was clean and tidy. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend.

I’d give Ben 10 stars if I could. I have had the stress of dealing with some incredibly unprofessional glazing companies in the past and I’m pleased to say that Ben has restored my faith. He does what he says he going to do!! He communicates (another important thing companies promise and never deliver) and he is very good value. Very happy with the units he installed in original window frames and he’ll be back to provide some rooflights and more glazing. Very happy to recommend.

Sg glass installed my new composite door in Norwich to an extremely high standard and we are over the moon with the finished result. You hear many horror stories about upvc and window companies so even though we only had a new front door in mind we are glad we trusted a local company to be the supplier and installer. We found Ben to be very responsive with our questions and kept us updated on delivery times and was extremely neat and tidy during the installation process.The door is of high quality and we get many comments how good it looks. Iv recommended Ben to others and wouldn't hesitate to continue doing so in the future
