Regent's Park Running Track
Large park were there are about 8 pitches used for under 18s football. There a large round cafe on site for coffee and snacks, toilets.and someware to clean muddy football boots . Plenty of runners using park and nice vibe. There is free parking but a ten minute walk , paid parking is closest at a cost of £11.40 for a maximum of 4hrs.

Not well kept but manageable. No taps or toilet facilitiesThe track is made up of tiny granite stones so could be dusty. Not advisable if you suffer from asthma. No shops around to buy quick drinks so please go prepared.2minutes across is The main Park which is in great condition.

Gravelly cinder style track, sometimes there are lines, sometimes not but it's free and usually not too busy.

great place to jog but it seems to have become neglected of late with regard to littering by thoughtless stupid people . Also there is an mtb Muddy Fox bike chained there for the last month...I couldn't shift it . I edit this review 1 day after making the last mtb remark...because the bike is no longer there. It is almost as if google are remedying my complaints themselves in person... which would be v impressive levels of dedication.

It’s a simple old fashioned cinder track, nothing more that that! I enjoyed the novelty of running on this type of surface and on the tight bends. On the few times I’ve visited it’s not been busy and it’s good for getting a consistent paced run in without having to worry about kerbs, crossing roads, pedestrians, cyclists etc.

Convenient and never too busy.385m 1896 Olympics style cinder track with very long straights and extremely tight bends. It was in existence by 1933 when it was reportedly 421y (385m) in length and the shape of it is due to the space available at the time

It's a great facility for running and general body weight exercises.

Markings have long since rubbed off and it’s not 400m, but it’s free, normally quiet and handy for speed work.
