Butler Green Post Office

What a shameful presentation of a post office with a hand written note on the door dating out for lunch. A business should not be closed for one persons lunch. Who is running this . Shelves like a jumble sale, the professionalism is appalling .

Absolutely loving the revamp! Amazing service! Amazing manager! Thrilled by the service and attention to customer needs, wish I could give it 6 starts if that option was available. But 5 stars it is !

Same person serving each time and they're always rude and rush you about. If you don't follow what they say exactly, they get even more annoyed and crack rude jokes towards you. Very unprofessional staff and I dread having to go to the post office...

been waiting nearly 40 minutes for them to open in the middle of the afternoon because there “closed for lunch” no time when it’s going to reopen

Wowwww! what a transformation! New management has definately put the time and effort to transform this branch, amazing customer service, large variety and a lovely atmosphere! Defo using this as my new Post Office!
