Lauren is a masterful masseuse and very knowledgeable. Her treatment was thorough and incredibly beneficial for my back tension. She offered great insight and follow-up advice for remedying postural issues caused by desk work.Her massage suite is particularly relaxing, and she has a lovely calming presence. As someone who is prone to anxiety, I felt completely at ease. I'm very much looking to my next visit.10/10 would recommend!!

Lauren treated me for shoulder issues, particularly my left shoulder and a tight lumbar area as well as the beginnings of plantar faciatis. She talked me through a thorough assessment of my posture and movement. Then discussed what her course of action would be in order to remedy what was causing me problems.That aspect done, we then began the first massage. I am not keen on the heavy pressure/pain that sports massage is known for and so she worked at my comfortability levels at all times.I was sore in my feet and shoulders the next day, but the followings days all stiffness and tightness cleared up. Which is a fantastic result!!To sum up, Lauren is an intuitive and professional masseuse. I felt safe, comfortable and cared for every step of the way.I highly recommend Lauren for anyone that wants to relax or has a muscular issue they want help with; Lauren is a safe pair of hands. I was referred to Lauren by a Biomechanics / Yoga teacher to help with a repetitive strain shoulder injury, which I'd not been able to resolve through Physio. Through careful assessment, Lauren identified the problem was my subscapularis. The resulting massage therapy & recommended exercises addressed the issue and made a massive difference. I fully recommend Lauren.

Today Lauren gave me a wonderful massage, concentrating on my back and legs, which have been an ongoing problem. She was extremely professional, taking care to work out what was going on with my muscles and listening carefully to feed back from me and acting on it. Beyond her technical knowledge, Lauren has very healing hands and a lovely, calm demeanour. Following my massage I had the relaxing experience of a gong bath. I have been seeing Lauren for deep tissue sports massages. She has focused on working out the root causes of some issues I have with my posture and made a real difference in improving my mobility, which has been great.I found that Lauren really thinks about what needs to be done to resolve problems rather than just performing a general all-over massage. My massage with Lauren was both beneficial & relaxing.I suffer with tension in my lower back & shoulders..Lauren knew exactly where to apply pressure to relieve the tension whilst always checking to make sure that I was comfortable.Also working on my neck & finishing with a light head massage which was very therapeutic.A friendly welcome & made sure that I was comfortable before starting the treatment.A lot of tension was released leaving me feeling much more comfortable & relaxed.I would definitely recommend a visit to Lauren.
