Luke is really good nice dealership and great experience

Recently pick up an Ineos Grenadier from Denton Cars. This is a new dealership and I have found that both Luke and James to be very knowledgeable, responsive, always professional and willing to help & support you. Overall a great service and the vehicle is excellent.

Absolutely brilliant from first call to the collection of my new car. Shown how customer service in the car industry should be. Informative, reachable, friendly and non-pushy throughout. James was constantly on hand to answer questions, organized some additional modifications to be done for me, and incredibly patient since I was buying from London and needed a few weeks to organise collection. The car itself was immaculate, exactly what I've been looking for, well looked after. All in all, one happy customer! Absolutely recommend.

I took my treasured Nissan Juke in for MOT. A fabulous service. Matt dropped me at work after I’d delivered my Juke in a breathtaking Land Rover (I’m saving up) communication excellent, prices very fare and I was offered a range of options/prices for tyres. Very friendly team and accommodating. Offered options for me to collect my car and worked around me with work ect. My beautiful Juke was sparkling clean and drove like a dream on return. 100% I’ll use this garage and team again. Thanks very much.

Matthew and the team have been great, I bought the car (smart car 2012 reg) last March and I have had fun driving it, it’s a really good little first car. I had a couple of issues over the past few months with the anti lock breaking system and also the clutch which is what you would expect for a car 10 years old but the team are really good with sorting things out quickly and efficiently. They also sorted a brake light that had gone in less than 10 mins. Nothing is too much for them and they will always look at the car when I’m anxious about anything being a new driver. They have always cleaned my car and made it look really nice as part of any service I take it in for. The customer service is amazing, they know I don’t have a good knowledge of cars and explain everything really thoroughly to me, and they wouldn’t let me go away in an unsafe car or if any of it needed to be looked over again or have a 2nd opinion from the Skipton site they have been honest with me from the get go, even if they’ve had to take the car in for a few days. Really happy overall and would buy again if the right opportunity came up and I wanted a bigger car (I am driving a 2 seater right now).

Outstanding customer service from the first point of contact to collecting the car after the work was completed, I can't recommend Denton cars highly enough and this will be my 'go to' garage in the future.

Brilliant knowlegable service from Matty and team. Booked my car in for MOT and health check easily.. Great online system keeping you informed of issues , work needed and costs without charging unnecessarily. Even gave her a vac and wash.

I can't praise this garage enough. My past experiences with garages for services and MOTs have not been very positive, even with dealerships. I lost trust, as I didn't always fully understand the mechanical jargon and definitely felt the prices were inflated, probably because I was a woman. I recently used this garage for a winter service, following a recommendation. The customer service was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way by email, received a video of the service, showing my car underneath and explanations in layman's terms. Finally I received a traffic light report, detailing all the checks carried out. I was not expecting this and never seen it before so had to share this with everyone. I can't recommended enough.
