I went through the breath and relax birthing course with Daniela and I really enjoyed it. I learnt several tools to help me in my deliver which makes me feel I am much prepared now. Daniela adapted the course to my requirements, answer all my questions, gave me much security for my labour work, provided me with helpful materials and made the sessions really enjoyable :) thanks Daniela!I also went to postnatal massage with Julie and I really enjoyed. She removed my stress and my knots in the back, and she manage to work an my legs feet back chest and neck. She also made sure the pressure was on my request. Highly recommended. Thanks Julie!

We’ve absolutely loved the baby massage sessions here and will definitely be booking them again! They’re hands down one of the best mom and baby groups in Edinburgh at the moment! Daniela makes these sessions an absolute joy for the mom’s as well as the babies. Can’t recommend enough!

I had the loveliest of lovely pregnancy massages with Gabe - I booked 90 minutes, wondered if that might feel a bit too long, but discovered I could quite happily have remained there for double that length of time! Gabe put me at my ease immediately and the massage itself was warm and relaxing, whilst also working gently but effectively on the places where tension had built up. Brilliant physical and emotional prep for labour (I am in the third tri). Really wish I could come back again but alas live too far from Edinburgh for that to be possible...

We had a quick and lovely 3-hour KnotStressed Relax and Breath birthing session with Daniela and we loved it! A nice overview of breathing and relaxation techniques to practice in preparation for a natural birth. Highly recommended!

Had a super 60 minute massage here and felt so relaxed from fingers to feet. Julie was brilliant and very zen. Would highly recommend it to anyone, but particularly mums!

I recently completed the pregnancy massage training course. I had been extremely anxious about it but Gabe was amazing at meeting me where I was at and guiding, supporting, reassuring and empowering me to embrace every aspect of this course. There is an awful lot in it and as with most things, you need to be fully engaged in order to get the best out of it but Gabe made that part really easy and at the end of each day I felt I was opening up and learning so much about such a meaningful treatment. Having been really anxious, by the end of day 2 I found myself beginning to get really excited about offering beautiful, special pregnancy massage! On day 3 you get to massage a pregnant person and while I thought I would be a total wreck, I knew I was fully equipped to do a great treatment so despite the little nerves I still had hanging about, I have to say, I was very much in the moment and got lost in the treatment. It is such a special skill to have and I would recommend this course to anyone. Gabe is a lovely person who is with you all the way, she creates such a safe learning environment and she is genuinely committed to providing a great learning experience. I will be back for the post natal training as soon as I can. Highly recommended! Thank you Gabe and Knot Stressed.

I recently took the Injury Prevention through Hands Free Techniques 2-day workshop and it was amazing. The instructors were very knowledgeable and supportive. We learned new techniques that will keep us free from injury whilst improving the overall massage for our clients. Highly recommend!!!

I have been many times for pregnancy massage and all therapists I have had are wonderful! I must say that most recently I have been with gabe and she was truly amazing. I felt in such secure and safe hands, as we worked over some tight spots and felt so relaxed and great throughout and after. Healing hands and lovely demeanour and I felt totally comfortable and at ease, would recommend Gabe for all treatments and I loved my reflexology and pregnancy massage and could feel her experience during the treatment.

I trained with Knot Stressed on their hands-free massage course. mainly to protect my own joints during massage, and I also learned a whole suite of techniques that improved the results for my clients. The course was invaluable! - all practical (minimal theory) the tutors had genuine enthusiasm and focused on getting us to get used to the feel" of working with new techniques.The weekend course had a great atmosphere - highly enjoyable. 5 stars."

I had a pregnancy massage here and it was wonderful, lovely little place very friendly staff and a really relaxing experience.They have a gorgeous tea selection and offer a complimentary mug of tea after the massage, excellently priced and will definitely be back and recommending to everyone.
