First time of using Infield. I’m sceptical of motor repairers, especially as I have an older Range Rover. Booking was very easy, the overall experience is great and I will be using them again. A couple of suggestions. Discussing waiting / onward travel would be useful at the point of booking. I had made my own arrangements but it wasn’t discussed until I handed my keys over. I had to phone to chase progress. I would expect better communication, as additional work was needed I would have appreciated an estimate. I didn’t challenge this as I was interested to see how I would be charged as a new customer with an older car - I expected the worst but got the best. Pricing hadn’t been discussed but the bill represented good value for money. I would have appreciated the option of a clean and vac if possible too or an explanation if this wasn’t part of the visit. I did get a call when the car was ready a couple of days after dropping it off. I found the team very friendly, very willing to be helpful and to try their best to please. Most importantly I feel they are very competent and trustworthy hence my 5 stars.

Awesome staff , so friendly and polite .. did fantastic job on my range rover and they are respectable prices. When I had an issue with my warranty regarding an alternator I enquired infield on the job because I had a dispute with the labour hours the warranty quoted for the job I had done at another garage , trying to tell me it's s 2 hour job even though it wasn't so infield did a written quote of proof even though they wasn't doing the work and it proved vital in getting my money back so I decided to book my gear box service in , I would of got them to do the alternator but it was just before Xmas and they wasn't taking any new work till February which is fair enough. But they did my gearbox no hassles and told me the truth in regards to some other little jobs that wasn't compulsory but just gave great advice . Needless to say I will be trusting them to carry out any future jobs and most certainly my services. No doubt if you want to look after your land rover / range then your in safe hands with infield , they was recommended by my friend Shaun and now I recommend them without doubt.

Great service! Open, Honest and reliable!Took a disco 3 in for a check over as could feel something wasn’t right and the team came back with detail of issues, prices and worked with me to identify what was most urgent / cost effective rather than just saying the most expensive.When I contacted them with an urgent issue they managed to slot the car into the workshop and dealt with it as soon as they could keeping me informed all the way. Having a stock of the most used parts certainly made getting jobs done easier and quicker.Great team won’t be going anywhere else now!

Took my Range Rover Sport to Infield for its 5 year service. A fabulous experience from the booking (and no hassle swap) to the work completed and the bill. Everything was fully explained and the online service history updated. I even had a cuppa while I waited. Thanks all!
