Rose Skin Clinic

I wasn't going to write this review, but I have been thinking my experience all afternoon.My therapist turned up today with her son. My treatments were discussed in the waiting room while not only while her son was there trying to show me his toys but in front of other clients which made me feel uncomfortable.When I had my treatment the therapist's son came in, continually messing around with rubber gloves and the equipment. He touched my face at one point. The next think I knew the therapist was dragging her son out of the room kicking and screaming. I am a mom of a young child myself and I do appreciate these things happen but I have specifically gone to this clinic today to have a break from this kind of thing. I do not expect to be spending alot of money to be coming out of the clinic angry.The therapist did give me lots of advice which is the only reason I have given 2 stars. I wish I had not continued to have my treatment today !

I have felt the change in my skin after the first treatment. It is amazing. I am usually very hesitant to try anything new because my skin is very sensitive but Rose does a proper consultation and understands what you want and explains the proper treatment required. Definitely will recommend this clinic.

So nasty and bastred they are I spoke to girl on phone she said don’t buy from Groupon come and we will sort it made a journey all the way oh we don’t do laser in the area otherwise we going to charge u £480 such a Lier and time waster ❌❌❌❌avoid avoid hope karma comes and your shop get shut bastred

They are just scamming the clinic. Only on the first day, they respect you and promise you that we will make sure you get a good answer. But after we didn't get an answer, they told us that the problem is with your skin and they don't give us any convincing answer. There were 3 of us and we went there for 3 different jobs, but none of us got an answer. Friends, is there a place where we can follow up? Because we spent a lot of money. Thankful

The attention and care I got at my HydraFacial appointment was wonderful.Rose is genuinely amazing! She was excellent at communicating and gave a detailed explanation of what she was doing and the products she was applying to my face. I'm very cautious about who works on my skin, but she was really delicate. I felt at ease and calm, and I was quite pleased with the outcome. She is highly knowledgable and skilled. Never before have my neck and face felt better. Without a doubt, I'll recommend you to my friends and relatives. Don't hesitate, visiting this clinic will not disappoint! Waste of money.i have lose skin on my inner thighs and stubborn fat that exercise or diet cannot shift. After speaking to Rose, she recommended treatment and assured me a good result and showed me pictures of before and after. I spent £1,500 on 3d cavitation and radio frequency (skin tightening). After 8 treatments at 2 hours at a time, I cannot see any difference whatsoever. So Rose tried sell me fat freezing at xtra cost. Do not waste your money. Total con.

I visited her clinic three times for different treatment I’m so happy with result and she is very friendly and also realy knowledge about what treatment you need it

UPDATE: I received my refund from Wowcher. Rose Clinic did not prove what they are saying below. I had my appointment changed, which was why I asked/texted to reschedule. No effort was made to inform me prior why they changed my appointment nor about their policy for rebooking. Definitely will not use ANY of their services!AVOID AVOID WOWCHER FOR ROSE CLINIC!!! Rose Clinic decided to change my booked appointment for my prepaid Wowcher voucher for a treatment and sent email to let me know without even checking if this going to effect my schedule. I had a commitment and asked that they reschedule the appointment they changed. They refused saying they had a 2 day policy for rebooking which isn’t the case and not noted anywhere in their correspondence.This is a blatant rip off! They take your money through Wowcher deal and don’t provide you with the service!! Appalling customer service not even a response to my text!BEWARE!I have taken this up with Wowcher and will be putting in complaint and reviews on various platforms!
