There is wheelchair access although so parts of the area hard sometimes hard to acsess

I have been using Shopmobility at Marlows for about two months now, the staff are very welcoming, friendly and caring, always helpful and using this service has opened up my shopping experience so much... the scooters are all excellent and shoppers are very helpful when moneroving round the shops... can't praise them enough in Shopmobility most informative, caring, kind and helpful, Brilkant service... thank you guys so much has opened up both my life and my friend Tracy.Kind regards Caths xxx

Sadly weekends are only time I can accompany disabled friend who needs to do off-Amazon clothes shopping and fancies a meal out but they are closed then!

Dedicated volunteers, manning the equipment daily, except Sundays. Extensive choice, clear explanation, minimal cost to client. I found it liberating as my mobility declined.

Friendly and helpful staff.The scooters are clean and well looked after, and the hire cost was a mere £1.50 per day - plus you also get 50% of your car park fee refunded.Wheelchairs and scooters are available for anyone who is either disabled or is temporarily unable to walk due to accident/surgery etc..I will definitely be using this service again!

A great community project. Plenty of scooters and buggys to suit all tastes. Make sure you show your membership card at the Marlowes customer service desk to get discounted parking.
