New Age Fitness Hamilton

Joined a couple of weeks ago and now I’m addicted! A big thank you to Jim the PT for showing me the ropes and giving me a good plan to work on that I would never have been able to come up with my self. Place has plenty of options for all types of workout. Place is immaculately clean. Don’t pay ridiculous prices for the big name gyms. This place has it all.

Great place to workout, great for cardio, and good for weight training although it can be busy at times but have to expect that for a smaller gym.

One of the best gyms in the area. Well equipped and excellent staff.The classes are included in the price and the Thai Boxing is especially good workout.The staff will updated your program regularly and are always friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic place to train. It's like a family place for me, maybe because I have been training there for years, which I have never regretted it but enjoying it...

I'd never been to any other gym, i was always too nervous but the staff made me feel welcome, and now i'm addicted!Everyone is friendly, you never feel awkward or out of place, and the gym has everything you need at a great price. Well worth joining!!

Nice pleasant Gym located in Hamilton. Has a nice size free car park so is easy to get to by car. Can sign up monthly or just sign up for a week for £15 if you are just passing through. Gym is clean and currently big on sanitation through covid which is good. Loads of sprays and wipes for each member to use individually. There is a good amount of CV equipment. Also a good range of Weight training equipment, squat rack and deadlift area. Could use a few more Weight plates, definately 20s and cable machines could do with grease as can be stiff. Definately the best Gym in the area and can improve more to make even better. Staff are nice and friendly. Would return when in the area again.

a nice, cheap gym however it's not big and in the middle of the day it might be crowdy.

Average. Overpriced for a relatively small gym that doesn’t have a wide range of equipment. You can get in a good workout but it lacks the variety of machines that you’ll find in the cheaper 24/7 gyms and a few of the grip bars and cable machines have not been repaired for weeks. Positives are friendly staff and good clientele.
