A Carriage For All Occasions

having done a wedding recently with Andy and his horse drawn carriage i was impressed with the temperament of his horses and the presentation of his bridal carriage the horses were very relaxed in what was a large wedding party with large crowds

We had Andy provide the horse for our Indian wedding ceremony recently.After a number of date changes due to covid, when our day arrived Andy was fantastic and everything was handled brilliantly from start to finish.Andy arrived on time, dealt with delays well and was very accommodating.Would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered for my wedding in May 2010 and in 2015 am still frustrated and angry that the wrong carriage was brought on the day. Horses are beautiful but brides ensure you double check all details day before the wedding. Completely ruined my pictures and day

Didn't show up!I booked this company to take me to church on the day of my wedding. I had arranged the time and place of pick up and paid they full cost months in advance and confirmed the booking the week before. On the day of the wedding they didn't show up and when my bridesmaid called and they said that they had made a mistake. They apologised numerous times and told various people who were part of the wedding party that I would be refunded the full cost but that they would come to the reception venue so that we could at least have a photo with the carriage. On return from our honeymoon I called to arrange the refund where I was told that although they had received the full payment I hadn't told them what date or time they would be needed for. How can you accept a booking without a date or time?!!! I was then told that they would give me a partial refund but that it was my fault so I wouldnt get a full refund. I had started small claims court proceedings but due to deployment to Afghanistan i was unable to proceed so I haven't received any refund at all.Completely let down and would not recommend to anybody.

Fabulous service, really helped make our day special. The horses were gorgeous and really well behaved!. Would definately recomend, well done Andy, Lilly and Jojo xx

I can not thank Andy and his team enough for the care and attention he gives to the bereaved families, which I have had the honour of taking care of their loved ones. Andy makes sure their final journey is just perfect. I have had the privilege of working with Andy for over 12 years now, and I would highly recommend his company to anyone..
