Guy on the phone is absolutely rude, has no idea what customer service is! They’ve gotten my order wrong numerous times and shown attitude to me on top of that when I’ve called up. I made a mistake ordering on just eat so called back within minutes to explain, once again he was very rude on the phone telling me that he couldn’t change my order as it was already in the oven and would be out for delivery in 5 min, my mistake so fine but food arrived stone cold. Stay away from this place! Your better off paying a few pounds more and ordering from somewhere else.

The kebab portions are beyond a joke. Beyond. For £6.50 I received about 10 fries literally. (they buy a 2kg frozen bag for about £1.50 if that lol) I wont be going back, their loss, they have lost a local potential returning customer. I dont understand why takeaways do this. Furthermore the prices clearly displayed on their digital screens are not honoured, apparently they are ”wrong and you are provided with a higher price. I highly recommend everyone to avoid

Friday night is my movie & pizza night. I normally get Domino’s, but occasionally I try new places. Last night I ordered a pizza and a garlic bread from this place.The pizza thickness was okay, but it didn’t look that good, and I would have cook it a bit more as it was a bit raw to me. Also the garlic bread was bit oily, I soaked a napkin to get rid of some of the oil.However the taste was okay and I enjoyed my pizza.Lastly, the delivery time was good (35 minutes).

El Passo’s food is top quality! The staff is absolutely lovely and chats with us as we wait for our food. Honestly I’ve never had better service. They are a lovely group of gentleman who prepare food quickly and deliciously. So happy to be a regular at El Passo! We recommend highly to anyone who wants a lovely bite throughout the day! We will continue to be regulars :) xoxo

El Paso was taken by new management from April and you can really tell. Great service, decent food and nice owner! Will be back again for a cheeky takeaway/post night out meal

Used to be brilliant service and food a long time ago but recently very lazy,bad service and they lie for no reason. Went in for chicken wings and the young lad who you could tell did not want to be ther then lies to my face and says they are out of stock even tho there were 2 boxes on the floor in the door way of the kitchen. Wich the original old guys were back the place is a mess now and the food is either undercooked and they used the same utensil if u are vegan or vegy also my friend doesn't eat pork or pepperoni but they used the same utensil as they used for pork products infront of his face so we walked out such a shame place has gone down hill.

Not happy at all with the food and service that I have received. First of all when the pizzas was delivered to me 1 of the pizzas toppings were wrong which they have obviously got wrong themselves , so I called them up to complain and after going round in circles he said he would send out another one, which I thought was a good will gesture as they got the order wrong. 20 minutes later I get a call from them saying they want the wrong pizza back when they deliver the other one. Which restaurant/take away will take back food which they have delivered especially during COVID-19? I had already given my cats the chicken as otherwise the pizza would have gone to waste. Then on the phone he says you shouldn’t have fed it to them as they want the pizza back, which he didn’t tell me in the first call when I phoned to complain. Never ordering food from here again! I have always ordered pizza from here, but with this customer service, Never again.
