I have always used this hairdressers and they dont disappoint! I had used a new stylist and she did an amazing job. It wasnt the style i was expecting but looks amazinganyway and i love it! I brought my 2 year old with me, and all staff were extremely accommodating. Brought my pushchair up and down the stairs for me too!

So I was sat down right away, got made a tea and got some handy tips on how to best manage my hair day to day whilst I was having my hair cut - plus I got a lovely wavy blow dry to finish. Very pleased!

Had my first cut with Jade at Feathers Tiptree this week and I am 100% going back. I usually move around between hairdressers but she did the most excellent little bob cut whilst I’m growing out a shorter style - perfect balance of professional and friendly, listened to what I was after and gave me some sound advice on making it better with light soft bangs.So so pleased to have found a local top level hairdresser.A**

I so recommend this salon, you are not stressed into chatting non stop. You are listened to and understood, my stylist took her time in explaining how she was going to achieve the style I wanted. As with all hair mine has issues the stylist talked about those and explained little ways that I could help me.

This was my first visit to feathers and it was excellent Amy my stylist was absolutely amazing she sat down with me asking me what I what I wanted making me feel very relaxed and comfortable Amy I love my new hair cut thank you I will definitely be back ☺️ x

Ebony was absolutely amazing, really made sure she understood what I wanted and we had a lovely friendly consultation. I am so so happy with my hair and so impressed of her skills even when training! Her supervisor was lovely too and I just had a wonderful experience. The salon is gorgeous :)

Couldn't fault the hairdressing experience, Vik was lovely and very patient with my daughter and myself. She was kind and very knowledgeable about hair care and offered some tips to a mum of 3. The place was warm and clean and tidy. My daughter enjoyed getting her hair done and we will be returning next year.

Recently had My second trip into the salon after an initial visit whereby I was left unhappy with the results.Feathers read my initial low review and contacted me almost immediately. Offering to put things right. I visited again a couple of weeks later and Irma, who washed, cut and blow dried my hair, was fantastic.Irma listened to what I needed. The products I usually went for. The cut and style I was looking for and matched my requirements appropriately. She was excellent from start to finish and I’m grateful to the salon for offering my the second appointment as an opportunity to rectify matters. Really happy with the results.
