One of the worst company to deal with! With zero responsibility and accountability; I have applied for a loan, and the gentleman told he would get back in 24 hours; after 24 hours, when checked, he was goan out of the company; The other did not even bothered to reply on the mail; When taken to the Senior Management, they just do not care! Worst Customer service; they just do not care! I would seriously advice not even to try this company.

Disappointed! Been talking with aman about my business application. He was fast to receive my documents couple of weeks ago, but from then he dissapeared. Called both to the company number and his number. Nobody ever answers, I have no idea what's happening with my business application and therefore feel like I was betrayed, or scammed by this company. Wish, they could be more professional and respond to querries. I tried contacting both by e-mail and phone calls, but no response, nothing, even leaving voice mails. Am I the only one experiencing this?. Is this because I am a foreigner who lives in UK and tries to make a better life? Do you discriminate this? I would like some answers and to know what's happening with my loan application if it's even active... united retained ltd
