Had a battery problem, poor service and I feel I was over charged. My local MAN dealer got a small refund from MAN UK but nothing from Fishlake Commercial.

What a farce it's been getting the correct parts from this company. Not to mention the rudeness of the BOSS!Ordered parts in April told I would have them a week later, this turned out to be a month later. Then only after several phone calls. Turned up for the parts only to find some were still missing so ordered them, traveled back on a hour and half round journey to find the wrong parts. It transpires that the original was superceded. Whilst discussing how we were to work round this the boss had apparently passed by twice and seen me discussing what I had and what I really needed! He was very rude and said are you still here they have work to do.( A very professional attitude to his customers) I left and because of this the order was forgotten and not placed until the following day. The young man I dealt with was obviously doing his best and managed to source the original parts. Since then I have discovered several parts are still missing and have ordered them elsewhere. I will never use this company again. I understand that there can be difficulties ordering parts for an older vehicle but there is no excuse for rudeness!!I am a member of 2 Iveco groups and Will beinforming them of my experience. This company deals with several large firms and I certainly hope the BOSS! Affords them more courtesy than he did me.

Long waiting time, people in the office are useless and saying “2 minutes” which means 1.5hr
