I been buying clothes from stylealoud for 4 years. very professional like uk business and honest people. never had issue with clothes and refund. I usually buy gulahmed suits and always receive original.

AVOID!!!!!Placed an order on 15th August and today is 29th August and still not received my order. Contacted sana numerous times, her reply was “ I will get back to you tomorrow”.Money left my account on the 16th August. I have asked politely for a refund and she’s refused to reply. Had to contact the bank for a refund.Shocking service. Will be telling friends and family to avoid ordering from this site.

I have been using stylealoud to buy top desi brands for 3 years. sometimes their suits take more delivery time but they are always very nice people. they happy to return if i dont like my suits

I have been buying online from this place for almost 5 years…. And i have to say they never disappoint me. I bought few suits online recently and for the very first time i didn’t like the material so i asked the owner if i could exchange for an alternative and she was happy to exchange. The quality of the unstitched clothes is awsome and all original brands.

I was hesitant to place an order because I'd never heard of this place to be honest and I wasn't sure if the suits would be real because sometimes asian websites sell fakes suits but OMG this place was great. I had to get something last minute and I spoke to the customer service team to ask if they could send something across urgently and my stunning outfits came straight away. If you are looking for something trendy, good quality which needs to be delivered quickly defo place to go!!!!! I can go on and on but I can't recommend this place enough.

I am trying to return 3 dresses to you due to the quality, the address provided on the right hand corner of the invoice doesn't have building number or name. I searched the address which doesn't seem right. DPD requires name and building number. I can not even get through you phone or WhatsApp.

I have been buying clothes from them for a while and had no issues with the unstitched variety. Recently I bought ready made suits from them which were from Bonanza Satrangi but the suits were not stitched very nicely and the colours faded very quickly so I don't think that they were original as I have suits from this brand which I bought from Pakistan and they still look very good. Similar is the case with the Gul Ahmed readymade suits as they don't appear to be like the ones that you get from Idea's in Pakistan.Secondly the Lakhany dresses were nice but the trousers are not like the ones in the photograph but more like cigarette pants and not everyone has slim legs. I think the owners need to put that in the description of the dress rather than just saying that it could be different. I had no issues with the refunds though I had to email them when one item was missing last time and they didn't inform me about the refund. Similarly I had to email them again this time when I didn't hear anything from them though they had received my returns. I think they need to work on their customer services but other than that it has been a good experience.
