Had a lengthy conversation of property required to buy... had to chase 3 times for there info by which time Sian had sent through the complete opposite of what was required.. called to arrange inbrabch appt to improve lines of communication to then be told it was myself who had crossed wires therefore no appt in branch and no redirection to management.Very unprofessional.

Everything about this company has been friendly and professional. Amanda and all the staff went above and beyond, even helping me out when I lost my keys, and being sympathetic to me as my husband now has to use a wheelchair. They deal with all issues immediately and are an excellent company.

Great team at the start, friendly and supported with viewing at short notice. Agent was friendly and helpful.Unfortunately, another agent telephoned with an update and was very rude and unprofessional.Queried politely and in all innocence what and why details had been shared with the vendor when I was specifically told it wouldn't be (felt had been mislead about what was and wasn't being asked for by the vendor) was told I've been doing this for 30 years and that's the way it is
