Yoga With Nickyy at Wainfleet
A lovely supportive class. Nickyy is a fantastic teacher and yoga has had so many benefits for me both physically and mentally. As well as the obvious improvement in suppleness and fitness, that one hour where I have to think of nothing else sets me up for the rest of the week and I have found myself applying some of the breathing and relaxation techniques in other situations as well.

Yoga With Nickyy at Wainfleet
It is an hour of me time away from the stresses of life. I feel physically and mentally relaxed afterwards even though I've had to work hard in the class. I leave feeling positive and usually can guarantee a good night's sleep.
