Honest John car trader.... Who'da thought it?

I had researched as much as possible before placing an order through AutoEbid. From the moment I did the process has been well informed, easy and reassuring. I was initially very sceptical and worried I may be fall foul of scammers but this was not to be. AutoEbid have kept in touch through the process, checking everything was in order. No problem giving an excellent review! Well done!

Great place for cars at good prices

I used AutoeBid to buy a brand new Audi Q2 in April 2023. My enquiry was dealt with by Karen from AutoeBid sales who was responsive and explained the buying process to me. It was all very seamless and I kept waiting for the catch but there wasn't one. I bought my car from Andy D (not sure if I'm allowed to use his full name) at Harwoods in Crawley and he also walked me through the whole remote buying process, offered a fair price (only £2k more than Audi Southend had offered me for a USED Q2 with a smaller engine!). Andy never tried the hard sell but made me aware of additional offerings available to me (which I appreciated). Karen would check in from time to time on how the sale was going. The car was delivered in May 2023 2-3 months ahead of schedule and I've been delighted with it. I recommend AutoeBid to anyone I know that is in the market for a new car. Honestly why wouldn't you. I just wish AutoeBid did after sales service for my Q2 too as Audi Southend are TERRIBLE!!

Ultimately after 1 year of waiting, I cancelled my order as their supplier for Ford's provided poor to zero communication and never returned calls.To Autoebids credit they always returned their calls and were always very friendly and helpful and I would use them again for a different make of car.
