We have used Martin for years and he has never let us down, we are yet to find a lock part he could not source for us or vehicle he could not sort a key out for because one of the guys here lost the only key!

Oddly, our front door decided to stop working but when we were inside thank fully. Emailed the site at the weekend and received a call on Monday from them.So great communications and very nice to deal with. Tick :)They booked in for Wednesday which was the first day I could manage and fixed it there and then in about 40 minutes. (in the rain)Fantastic overall experience and a very friendly company to deal with :)Well Done Martin Leadbeater!!!

My front door decided to go AWOL - a UPVC multi-point which fortunately decided to fail in the closed position.Fortunately also we still had use of the back door so not an emergency.However, trying to find someone to come round and sort it was a bit of a challenge.One firm simply did not return my calls/emails (3 attempts made)Another was stacked out with work for a whole month (nice problem to have).Martin Leadbeater was recommended by a friend, was able to come round within a day or two and arrived promptly at the agreed time.Opened, repaired and adjusted the door; worked in a clean and tidy manner. All good - very satisfied :-)Recommended.

Just rang them for their postcode and got a very rude response. I couldn't find their postcode on their website, he said it was there, I suggested it wasn't and told me he wasn't getting into a debate over it and was very brusque. I hung up and went elsewhere. In fairness, the owner rang me back and apologised.

Absolute legend, called out of hrs from a shop after calling a few locksmiths who couldn’t help. He answered the phone while at a social event and was SO helpful, talked me through how to fix it straight away and totally saved the day! Can’t recommend enough.
