Always been waiting for at least an hour to get through the phone to speak to someone to make an appointment, it’s impossible for working people. Although it got through the staff would tell you nothing available in all their surgeries til in two days.Once I phoned to ask for a blood test the staff told me I do not need to see the GP just pop in to do it. When I took time off from work to the surgery the lady who took my blood asked what kind of blood test I need I said I didn’t know, she said I should see the GP first before I have any blood taken. Even she told me the phone staff shouldn’t make any decisions for me without the GP’s advice.

Most of the staff are friendly but please please sort the prescription service out. My prescriptions are always incorrect, often have the wrong item requested and occasionally has things missing and one time I was told it was accidentally left in a tray after originally being told it had been processed!? I don't like to complain but I have said something numerous times and its a bit ridiculous now that it keeps being wrong. All it is, is attention to detail so please be a bit more careful when reading as myself and others rely on our medication to literally stay alive. As I said, I don't like to complain but I'm not sure what else to do when its always wrong. I always check and re-check my requests so I know its nothing on my end. Thank you.

With any doctors surgery you will get a mix of pleasant and not so. I found Dr Lunts is incredibly helpful, empathetic and understanding. She has a genuine passion for one care. The practice itself is good. But some clinicians need to remember the guidelines of treating patients with respect and dignity like the paramedic on call I spoke with.

I'm so fortunate to be part of this amazing group. No problem getting appointments, diabetes care is very good, great doctors and nurses.

The woman I spoke to this morning at reception was really unpleasant to talk to. Bad attitude. Rude and straight away unfriendly for no reason. I would recommend you change your front of house to someone who’s more of a people’s person. As this one is clearly not

I've been visiting this surgery for a couple years now as my mire local surgery (ridingleaze) is such a terrible place. Anyhow for most of the time Bradgate has been OK when it came to issuing prescriptions etc until this past week. I called the surgery for an emergency inhaler to which they said it will be done by the duty doctor at the end of the day and sent to the pharmacy next door. 5 days later I check the pharmacy - nothing been issued so I visit the doctors oh we don't know why that's happened" will be done at end of the day. So next day I ride to the pharmacy again (2nd time) STILL NOTHING ISSUED. I go to the doctors and tell them what's happening "oh we're sorry

Constant issues, poor communication, unhelpful staff, convoluted booking system which doesn't work either via phone (they offer you a slot and then tell you to phone on the day and you can never get through) or via NHS app from 7am (when you do it just says appointments not available at this time). I have had an extremely painful Frozen shoulder for 2 years and they have done next to nothing about it. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Appears to be losing its way. Difficult keeping to the same GP. Is now predominantly female as can be seen in the photo. Favoured GPs rarely available at short notice. No reasons given to why favoured / nominated GPs are not available. Therefore, male patients frequently seen by female GPs. The reasons why this practice has mostly female GPs is unknown but perhaps it is a strategic direction of travel. This has remained the case for several years now. Great if you are a female patient.

There's one very helpful lady at reception, I'm not sure of her name but she really goes out of her way to make sure you see the people you need to see in a timely manner. She's always in a good mood when she answers the phone and is very understanding when it comes to correcting prescriptions. The surgery only lost a star because they often get my prescriptions wrong which can be annoying but are always good and polite about fixing it.

I think they are great! lovely staff (reception, nursing, ANP, GP i.e. all), easily accessible (relatively speaking - every surgery is struggling with workload, so I think they are impressive), good quality of care. Glad to be your patient :)
