my friend was booked in at this salon and they failed to do a patch test as she is pregnant and by law they should do one. When she realised that they should have done one she had no alternative but to cancel and they charged her £50 to cancel. The service and attitude from the staff is disgusting. Laura said as she is self employed she won't refund the cancellation charge even though she would have been providing a service illegally. Don't go to this salon

Millie always makes my hair look beautiful. I’m a blonde girly and my hair is in great condition. I always leave the salon feeling amazing. She is so professional and such a lovely person. 1000/10 recommend! Xx

Laura is an amazing stylist who I have been to for almost 10 years. She has seen me from white blonde, through post-baby hair and back to my natural colour and is always fantastic. The salon is big, bright and friendly and I have recommended to friends and family who also use Luxe. Thank you Laura ❤️

I have been coming to Luxe Lounge for over a year now. I get my hair done by Emily who always gets it just how I want it, she's amazing! I also have my lashes/brows done by India who is equally amazing and gets them how I want everytime.I really enjoy coming as both girls are so friendly, chatty and make you feel at ease. It goes for the whole vibe in the salon also, everyone I have come across is really nice and friendly. I'd highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing! I have my hair done regularly by Laura and she is absolutely brilliant! Whatever I ask of her she does! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Just had my hair done by the gorgeous Laura. She has been doing my hair for the last 2 years & I always come out feeling fab. She listens to what I want & nothing is too much trouble . Would definitely recommend her . Thanks again Laura .

Once again Laura smashed it doing my hair. Love it! Always happy with the result. The first time I ever went, my hair was transformed into an all-over cool blond balayage, from a half-brown, half-yellow ombré. Sheer genius! Such a friendly girl too. No-one has ever done my hair better and my daughter has hers done by Laura and says the same.
