Rosedale Property Agents (Sales)

It's taken 3 attempts for us to buy a property the first two fell through due to the sellers having problems and not being in a place to be able to complete the purchase. Rosedale were the agents for the first attempted sale a year ago and also for the 3rd attempt which we have just bought. On both occasions I found all the staff that i spoke to professional, courteous and more than helpful. And a special mention to our assigned agent Becky, who had bucketfuls of patience and was willing to stick her neck out when solicitors weren't providing information or on a go slow.

I would like to thank Becky from the Stamford office for all her help and professionalism in selling my late fathers home. Living far away from Stamford has its challenges but you were always there for me guiding us through the many ups and downs. Now a new family can create memories in what was our family home for 56 years. I cannot thank you enough and wish you the best for the future.

We decided to sell our house in Wittering with Rosedales after having 3 valuations from 3 different estate agents.Paul gave the valuation and we were impressed with him and especially with his idea of marketing the house at a minimum asking price asking for offers in excess of rather than a set price or an inflated price to start.This he said would attract more interest and invite higher offers from potential buyers who will pay what they think the house is worth.He was 100% correct.Long story very short....we sold the house in an amazing 3 days and we actually received 2 offers within 2 days the one we accepted was for an amazing 11,000 pounds more than the minimum asking price.We are absolutely amazed with the offer we got and how amazingly quickly we sold and not more than a little gobsmacked if we are totally honest.We would highly recommend Rosedales to anyone thinking of selling their home.We only saw Paul and Ben who did the photos and videos at the house both of whom were very professional and friendly .I must also say that I have spoke to Karen in the office on the phone quite a few times and shehas been absolutely brilliant..Shes booked and kept us informed about every viewing both by email and phone and gave us feedback and informed us of the offers we received without delay and continues to be very professional friendly and helpful at all times through each stage of this processHer customer service has been exceptional.We highly recommend using Rosedales.

Becky’s professionalism has been absolutely faultless since the first viewing, all the way up to completion.A stressful process at times, but always strived to assist in any way possible. Rosedale’s - Becky McManus [Sales].The sale of our home took six months to complete and went to the very last day for exchange. Becky went above and beyond, had it not been for her continued diligence, sheer tenacity and communications between parties right to the end this sale would not have got over the line in time. We recently sold through Rosedale property agents in Stamford.We loved the idea of the videos they do to promote the properties. Becky was friendly, thorough and professional throughout the sale process which unfortunately due to no fault of hers, dragged on for 6 months (for a sale with no chain either end) We would recommend Rosedale but would use a different firm of solicitors to Taylor Rose as we feel the sale could have been much quicker.
