Lovely place to stay, we have stayed her twice now and it’s a great central Hull location. Very secure, modern and home from home. Be aware Car park is on a first come basis, only 12 tight spaces for 18 apt and difficult to enter basement and park…..Be warned!

There was some trouble with the WiFi and the links for opening doors via the app and the physical cards didn't work either. However, the apartments themselves were nice, a good size and clean. The toilet seat was loose/broken though.

Excellent penthouse apartments . Apartment 19 was superb. Very spacious and everything worked as it should do. From the washer to the cooker. We used everything on our 3 night stay. Communication was excellent from before and during our stay. My mother is wheelchair bound and there's enough room to get around the building and through the back disabled entrance to the property..My only bit of constructive criticism is to supply a small hoover to each room or at least leave 1 in a secure lock up that customers can grab on request. Doesn't take long for the floor to get dirty especially from small children and wheelchair wheels. Other than that I shall be returning in the near future as I visit hull regularly. Many thanks

A revitalised building in central Hull, close to the city centre amenities and night life.The parking, as they make clear in their material, is extremely challenging, and the automatic door tries to shut VERY quickly before there is time for a 3 to 5 point turn into the down ramp from the narrow street.Rooms are clean and modern, although I'd say that luxury" is stretching the work. But they are comfortable and well put together. Views over the adjacent older buildings are interesting if industrial and post-Victorian architecture are your thing.The promised "locally roasted coffee" turned out to be saches of Nescafe

The staff were unfriendly and aggressive. And the checkout time was so early. It was the worst experience I have ever had.I have been a Booking user for more than 15 years, and this is the first time I have written a negative review…..At first, I made a check-in on Monday, 24/10, around 6 pm, and I went to sleep quickly because I was on a trip, and then I woke up in the morning. After that, I went to the bathroom and was surprised that there was no hot water. I had a necessary meeting, and I was late. After a long working day, I returned to the apartment at about five in the evening and informed customer service that there was no hot water, and someone told me I had to press the Boost button on the heater keyboard.Then I pressed the button and waited for more than an hour and then contacted them, but the response was strange (currently we cannot provide you with any service, and tomorrow morning we will help you)Then I called Booking’s customer service and informed them of the problem, and an hour later, I received an email saying that the booking customer service tried to contact the service provider, but there was no response.On the last day, which was Friday, 10/24, I woke up late. It was around ten in the morning, and I informed the hotel management that I needed an hour late check out because I woke up late, so they told me that it would cost me 30 pounds, so I agreed because I had no other choice.. After that, I went out Of the apartment and asked the hotel management to put a bag for an hour because it was a large piece, but the response was the building did not contain luggage storage.After that, I received a link for the additional fees… At about two o’clock in the afternoon, I received an email from the building administration stating that the amount deducted was 50 pounds, not 30 pounds … then I sent a message to verify the reason for removing 50 pounds and not 30, according to the agreement and why this has happened without let me know, at least.It was supposed to inform the customer before adding the new amount, but that did not happen.Sorry for the long story. I'm sure I cut many things from what really happened

We stayed here in July 2023. You could not find a better location, literally a short walk from everywhere. The apartments are well kitted out, with good bathrooms and completely clean. We stayed at the weekend and it was not super noisy either. This is not the cheapest spot to stay but does have parking. Our only problem was that the bed was too small, our feet poked off the edge.But if you love Hull, as we do, you will enjoy staying here.

Stayed here a few times when working in hull. Always very clean and homely. Apartments are very spacious with all mod cons. I save on eating out as each has a kitchen with additional touches like milk, coffee and tea. Will definitely stay again when next working in hull. Highly recommend.

The apartments are new and look very good and everything you need is there. The bed was comfy and warm. It was a very pleasant stay and it was quiet when we were there which was one of our concerns. I would have given it 5 stars apart from the fact that they had changed the entry system which caused confusion not only for us as we were not informed beforehand and the instructions not updated. We also helped a couple who had trouble getting in and also another chap who was looking for his key card which is part of the system that had changed. This could have been avoided with updates. The details say there is a pint of milk in the fridge which is not the case, it is a very little bottle.
