I thoroughly enjoyed my 1:1 photography course with Suzanne. I learnt a great deal, she’s opened my eyes to a whole new world of using my SLR correctly, composition and editing, plus much more. She is professional, thorough in her teaching and always listened and responded to my concerns/areas I found more challenging. I would thoroughly recommend a course with Suzanne.

Suzanne did the photos for our very small wedding and we couldn't have been happier with them. It was a freezing cold March day and she managed to keep the children smiling and put us all at ease. Suzanne is an extremely professional and talented photographer and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Having your photo taken isn’t the easiest or most natural thing in the world, but she has a wonderful manner, which makes you feel relaxed and like a film star in your own movie.I recently asked Suzanne to do some business and personal branding photos for my coaching business. She put a lot of time into understanding exactly what I wanted and was able to expertly interpret my needs. Suzanne is an amazing photographer, we had a photoshoot of my two boys and she really managed to capture their true personalities and spirit in the pictures. April 2017 Beginners Photowalk Course.Brilliant and fun course. Suzanne explained the technical details very clearly and, most importantly, every point was illustrated by loads of her own photos, so it was easy to see the impact of differing apertures, shutter speeds etc. Each session was supported by a clear hand out which serves as a reminder of all the key points. Course covered shooting options and also editing software and culminated in an exhibition at Towcester Library.At least half the time was spent on practical photo shoots around Towcester, with Suzanne helping us to put the that week's focus into practice. So, after the theory there was immediate practical reinforcement which helped us to grasp it all. What I particularly liked was that we were encouraged throughout the course to take individual decisions and Suzanne emphasised through out that there weren't really any / many 'musts' in photography...it is all up to individual's creative decisions.Another impressive element was that Suzanne stressed through out that there was no need to go out and buy lots of (expensive) kit. The course was to enable us to become confident users of whatever we already owned and the ten of us had a wide range of cameras but we all developed our skills with our own camera.Much of the course concerned digital SLR cameras but time was also given to looking at phone cameras and seeing how many of these now have some similar features to the DSLRs.Suzanne, of course, takes stunning photos but she is also a friendly and effective teacher.I highly recommend the course both to those just starting out with SLR cameras as well as to those who are more experienced but would still like to become more technically 'savvy'.Here's one of my exhibition shots.

We did a family photo course with Suzanne at Salcey Forest. We had a brilliant time and learnt so much about how to improve our photography. Our 12 and 15 year old boys really engaged with it and challenged themselves to get better, and it was lovely to spend the time together doing something so positive. Suzanne is a natural, engaging and relaxed tutor, who is absolutely passionate about photography, and I would highly recommend her.
