My hot water stopped working and Luke came the same day to fix it and explain why it was faulty. The job took about half an hour and as he left I had hot water again! I insisted he email me with an invoice but he flat out refused, despite the fact he actually fixed the problem! Thanking you Luke (and your cat-friendly assistant) very much x

What a lovely guy! From the minute I rang him he knew what the issue was and came here straight away and late in the evening but he sorted the problem out so fast and nothing seemed a problem! Highly recommend!!

I rang Luke out of hours on the 23rd December and he came within minutes, he was very professional found the problem and fixed it within the hour, I would high recommend him and will be ringing him for any future jobs.

Professional service and really kind bloke, gets the job done and is more than happy to answer any questions and fully explain what he’s doing. Absolutely couldn’t recommend him more, would give more than 5 stars if possible.

Faultless service, my nan was without heating over the weekend I called Luke and he was out within two hours and had the heating working within 20 minutes he was very polite and professional. Stayed to make sure everything was working great and wouldn’t take any money for the service. Highly recommendThank you again it really was appreciated and you made her smile :) x
