Amazing range of small batch chilli products, packed full of flavour. Never thought my six year old would be asking me for some Scottish Bonnet chilli chutney" in her cheese sandwich

Bought this sauce today at the Xmas market at littledown. Wow absolutely amazing not just pure heat you get with shop sauces a good depth of flavour first and then the heat.will be back to try the others.

I bought a couple of products from Bournemouth Chilli Bitz today and couldn't wait to crack open the Smoked Jalapeno Chipotle Jam straight away. I was not disappointed! Perfect flavour and not an overpowering heat, went great with cheese & wine. Lovely local business and will 100% purchase again.

Recently met these guys at a local event. Sampled the full range and bought a few jars to take away with me.Absolutely delightful chap runs the company, seemed to really know his stuff and was kind enough to give me a rather large chilli to take home along with our jars - I immediately regretted eating the whole thing in one bite, but that's a different story.If you like spice I can definitely recommend this business and it's products.

Best chill products I’ve had! All his products are a must try! But main stand out ones for me are the kicking cowboy candy, biting Thai-ger, and the buffalo sauce! Good work Karl!

Amazing Scotch Bonnet Chutney - first time we’ve tried it and it’s delicious. Excellent depth of flavour with an enjoyable kick of the chilli to follow. Great idea for Christmas gifts - will appeal to all ages. Far more useable than the normal Christmas tat. Ideal for the family members who have everything and need nothing - they can appreciate this gift as something they wouldn’t be able to pick up in a day to day shopping trip. We’ll definitely be ordering up in preparation both for ourselves and as gifts for others. Bought some of these sauces recently and they are all fantastic. The real winner though is the cowboy candy. Absolutely a must try for anyone that likes some spice.

I purchased a selection of the chutneys and jams and am working my way through them. So far I have tried the caramelised onion chilli chutney and the kicking cowboy candy and they were fantastic. Cowboy kicking candy especially fabulous. I am looking forward to trying the rest. Will definitely be buying more when I have finished this lot. I highly recommend Bournemouth Chilli Bird.

I recently bought from Bournemouth chilli bitz at the Littledown Christmas market. The owner was friendly, engaging and obviously proud of his products. He offered tasters and advice on which product would be best for me. I purchased the twisted pepper sauce straight away as this was one of the tasters and it was delicious!I also went for a red onion chutney without a taste (although it was offered) and I have just had some of that, which is again, incredible.If you’re a fan of a bit of heat like I am then you should definitely try some of this stuff!I will be back for more!

I met Karl today at the Chilli & Cheese Festival.His products are top notch and his recipe ideas and serving suggestions were fantastic.I can not wait to finish these sauces so I can buy some more.
