Terrible company. You can tell none of them like there jobs. They don’t want to help, prices are extortionate, and I’ve never dealt with a more unorganised lethargic company. I’d rather buy a brand new tool than get these tools to fix mine.

Ant and his team couldn't do enough for me.Very knowledgeable and were able to recommend the right diamond blade for the job, got it done in half the time.Highly recommend!

While I could have saved a lot of money by buying online - the customer service was outstanding and which will pay dividends in due course - one of the individuals gave me a spare nut for my lawnmower - an expensive nut but it told me a lot about the dealer and the folk who are it's human face - 10 out of 10

Only the best products - Excellent serviceIf you expect to buy cheap tat for single use this isn't the place for you.I bought a Stihl chainsaw and hedge trimmer. Products are as you'd expect, excellent. Althogh the chain came off and it must have damaged a link. Brought it in and they supplied and fitted a new chain for free.They have engineers who know the tools very well.I would definitely shop here again.

Recently purchased a new mower from Seddon’s in Perry Barr. The staff there (especially Paul) were all extremely helpful and arranged to get the model I was interested in brought over from Bolton.Delivered to my door at the time expected by Ashley.Great service, great price, many thanks.

Very good experience buying a Stihl leaf blower here from Paul Meakin in particular and one of the mechanics in the workshop (sorry I have forgotten the name) who let me have a demo of a unit before I bought one. Slightly more expensive than the price I found online but as it is nearby I thought the extra expense was worth the peace of mind having support nearby. Reason a star dropped is I paid £10 for next day delivery - I received the blower (albeit a slightly different variant to what I was expecting) but did not receive the motomix needed until the week after so couldn't use the item even if it was the correct one. Paul actually came to my house to exchange the unit and set it up and did a quick demo for me too which was very much appreciated! Thanks Paul

Really friendly service. I couldn’t fit my lawn mover in the car after servicing it. They offered to deliver to my house without wanting any extra money. It was a real help! Thank you.
