New Tekniques

This is THE salon to go to.First visit to New Tekniques after having to source a new hairdresser after moving.Was only used to chain hairdressers before this due to my previous location, and wouldn't go back to many.So happy to find New Tekniques. Not only did Lianne do an amazing wash/cut/blow dry on my extended lockdown 'do, but also gave me helpful and honest advice on my haircare (which previous chain hair dressers wouldn't do without trying to on-sell me products).Also, felt an amazing vibe from both Lianne and Sue (who took my appointment and remembered me by my voice, and probs my description of my hair care routine), but also the treatment of other regular customers to the salon, and Lianne and Sue's familiarity with their customers.If I ever have to move again I wont have to switch to a new salon because this is it - I will travel.

Lianne is fantastic as always. Left the salon with healthy, beautiful, freshly coloured hair! I love my balayage and fresh cut! Merry Xmas guys!

My mum gets her hair done at this establishment, she has done for many years. As mum is older now I feel happy with the genuine care they show to mum. Good value for money and a very professional cut.

I never realised there was a hairdressers here until today (2nd December) I am so pleasedI my daughter pressed the doorbell. I was desperate to have my hair done as I'm going away. Sue the hairdresser said she could do it straight away, she was lovely asked me what I wanted, I told her that I would like my hair shorter, she was brilliant giving me her opinion and most of all she took into account what I wanted. I would definitely recommend New Tekniques Hairstylists to everyone I know. Friendly atmosphere, very professional. My hair looks amazing I've had a few compliments even on the way home. I won't be going anywhere else. My daughter is also going to see Sue.

Best ever hair cut. Had plenty of comments. This lady cuts exactly what you ask for. Would highly recommend.

If I could give you guys more than 5 stars I would! I hadn’t had my hair cut for 8years because of a phobia (mixed with multiple bad experiences) but Susan at New Tekniques made me feel so relaxed and talked me through the cut every step of the way! I will definitely be back and this Is now the only salon I will be going to. I can’t thank-you enough for putting my mind at ease and giving my hair such a beautiful cut!
