We’ve had an excellent experience with Fireplace Gallery throughout - from helpful guidance and advice in the showroom to the preparation and fitting of our new fireplace. We’re very pleased with the result - many thanks!

From my first visit until today, when my new wood burning stove was fitted, I have been delighted with the way I have been treated both in the showroom/office and in my own home. Not only are the staff helpful and courteous, they are also very knowledgeable about the product they provide, but they put me under no pressure to buy. The fitters were polite and worked well as a team, explained in detail how to use my new fire, and cleared everything up indoors and out before they left. If my experience is the norm, i would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The Fireplace Gallery Cheltenham has an excellent showroom with many different options to see. They have a great team of advisors and installers who are all totally committed to providing and outstanding customer experience. We are extremely pleased with the gas fire we bought from them which they installed just before Christmas and is perfect. A truly refreshing experience from start to finish and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them as their products and service deliver superb value for money.

From start to finish these guys have been great. Brilliant in helping us to figure out what would fit our fireplace best and brilliant in installing everything. Really enjoyed being able to watch a lot of the installation and chatting as they worked. They were so considerate and careful with everything as they worked through the day to finish the job. Also got some really good advice on how to light a fire well and look after it all.Thoroughly recommend this company! You also can’t really beat them on cost.

We have had the Studio 2 fire by Gazco fitted in our living room and are absolutely over the moon! The lovely ladies in the office have outstanding knowledge and were helpful from the outset! The showroom is also huge and we got to see what we were buying before we bought which was key for us in making our decision.

From visiting the showroom to installation, the service has been excellent and all the staff very helpful.We are very pleased with our new fireplace which is excellent quality and has made it a lovely focal point.We are particularly pleased with the fitting which was carried out by Harry and Tom. They were polite, professional and left the place spotless. They make a great team.

We found the Fireplace Gallery very helpful and totally professional from start to finish. In the showroom Alice spent some considerable time with us on a few occasions showing us fires and fireplaces which fitted our requirements. From this we were able to narrow down on our choices. There was never any pressure to buy but we felt confident that the advice given was sound. After the order was placed, a fitting date was arranged which was not to far into the future.The fitters were excellent. We did have an issue with a manufacturers fault which the fitters spotted which delayed our fitting by a couple of days but the finished result is simply stunning - I would recommend the Fireplace gallery if you are in the market for a new fire and/or fireplace. Very pleased indeed with the result

Would not recommend this company any further after the recent service we received from them at immense cost and the fault was never rectified by them.We purchased a Chesney GFP500 fire and surround from them approx. 7 years ago, it was installed and annually serviced by them, however, it went wrong about 15 months ago, we called them in to repair and that took 3 months and were told that the ignitor had failed and needed replacing, this was done with payment for the parts required up front, it did not work, we were then told it was the gas control valve, again payment up front which was £420 for the part. After another few months this was fitted, again did not rectify the fault, the unit was then taken back to the workshop for bench testing, returned after another few weeks but forgot the remote so unable to test. After a few more weeks returned with the remote and once again did not work. The recommendation was then to have a new fire installed, this was not the first time they said that. After all these attempts and approx. £800 spent and still not working I put a stop to any further visits from The Fireplace Gallery, I received a reply from them saying good luck with getting it fixed.Well, I have had it fixed by another company and its working fine for £60 and no parts required. Just goes to show how inept this company is.

We have purchased a new fire and fire surround from The fireplace Gallery and it was installed this week. To say we are pleased with it, seems an understatement. It looks absolutely beautiful and the fitters worked hard and tidied everything up once they’d finished and fully explained how to use the fire and the maintenance of the stone surround. Alice was so helpful as well when we visited the showroom and explained everything fully and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again.
