IMO Car Wash

Very rude attitude from the attendant. Shouting at me to not press the brake, but then shouts at me to put it in neutral. Clearly he doesn’t understand how an automatic works as you have to press the brake to engage neutral. Won’t be going back that’s for sure.

Fair price and quick but solid clean with lots of different washes available. The IMO app allows prepayments. Can also pay cash/card/contactless. It's an automated track that pulls your car along so remember to leave your handbrake and normal breaks off!

Disgraceful!I asked for a Wash 1 which came to £3. I went through the car wash to find at the other end that my car had not been blow-dried.Confused, I drove back round to the wash entrance area and asked why this was. The car wash worker told me that it was not his problem and that I would have to call customer services.I told him that it was his problem and that he would have to give me a refund because he did not provide me with the service as described. I told him that at the point of taking my money he did not inform me of the issue with the dryer, leading me to believe all was in good working order.He then tried to give me £1 and said that he would have to keep the remaining £2 to cover his costs for the wash; this was followed up by him saying that he had a queue behind me and asked me to move along, reiterating his point of me calling customer services.I turned my engine off and told him that I was not going anywhere until I had a full refund. This prompted him to give me my remaining £2.I then started to leave, but on doing so I informed the driver(s) of the car(s) behind me that the dryer was not working.The car wash worker then began to shout and swear at me, telling me to never come back. I replied that it would be my pleasure to take my custom elsewhere.I informed another driver on my way out of the same and the car wash worker came running over, shouting and swearing, yelling, ‘Who do you think you are, stealing my customers?!’ and threatening to phone the police. I told him that his actions were on my front and rear dash-cams, pointing them out.The driver of the other car was as equally unimpressed as I was. He told the car wash worker that he was not his customer yet and asked him if he told me about the fault(s) before taking my money. The other car driver also said that this is a regular occurrence.The answer to the question was an angry ‘no’ from the car wash worker to which I drove away along with the other drivers.

Cheap car wash but scratched my roof in several places. When I went back the next day, the proprietor denied that it was the car wash that caused the damage - sets of parallel scratches on the roof of the car, exactly where the big blue brushes go when they wash the sides and roof. Customer services for ARC also denied responsibility.Expect this wash to cost £7.99 plus your insurance excess.

Paid £6 for the 'Pumpkin' foam wash - car not properly cleaned - see photo's - emailed IMO and told because I paid cash and didn't have a receipt they would not refund me. Took it through the cheaper wash at Tesco's and it came out perfect - Lesson Learned - don't waste your money at IMO - In My Opinion!!!

Used many car washes. The worker was really rude for no reason.
