Plenty of space, plenty of equipment and an excellent instructor.I feel so confident with Marta, not only does she observe and understand my body so well but also thinks of, and plans specific exercises that will be beneficial and safe for me.As a result I am both stronger and more flexible and have a greater understanding of how to use and look after the my body.I have experienced one on one, duos and a group of three. All were effective sessions, highly recommend.

Having done Pilates and Yoga with Marta for over 10 years, I love my weekly Pilates sessions. No one lesson is the same, always adapting to ones needs, Marta is such an excellent teacher.

Marta is an amazing instructor. We have been taught, strengthened, lengthen & aligned by her for more than 15 years. Her classes are varied & challenging & as is aptly capture by her name - tailored to one’s individual needs. We travel a lot & despite our set-backs she always greets us with a smile & helps us tackle the knots, weaknesses & misalignments that build up during our absences. Marta is such a great teacher. She knows every exercise and the pilates technique to a tee - so you will always be in great hands in her classes. She makes sure you understand the movement and also remembers your aches/pains so you feel that perfect balance between challenge and comfort. Marta is also great fun and a lovely person! 100% recommend.
