The Cotswold Company (Flagship Store)

Totally agree with the other more recent reviews on here. This is our second time ordering with Cotswold Company and both times items have arrived damaged! Customer service is absolutely shocking, no compensation for damaged items and still tried to charge us the delivery fee!

Disappointed with the quality of there furniture. I've never known furniture to dent and chip as easy as theres does. The wood they use is such poor quality.

Very disappointing experience with the quality of your furniture. After 2 years our wardrobe has an infestation of wood wasp, going back to when it used to be a tree, so it was sold with the eggs in it. Customer services won’t/can’t do anything. Beware purchasers!

Good range of living and bedroom furniture. We Bought a tonne of furniture. Service a little mixed and the shop gets quite busy.

The location based in an old inn is perfect to display the quality furniture on offer. Helpful staff were interested and dealt with our many questions. We returned to purchase the following week after benchmarking their products against rivals. We are now waiting for the items to arrive.

We visited the Stow store to look at a couple of pieces of furniture that we had seen online and couldn't decide which was going to be best for us. The staff were very helpful without being pushy or overbearing, we've even got some ideas for other rooms now. We did decide on a larder cupboard are now just waiting for its arrival. But we will certainly be having another trip out to this beautiful store, we'll its not really a store its more like an experience as the setting is an old pub if I'm correct ( I may be wrong) but in any case it's a beautiful old rustic building perfect to show off the fine furniture in there. Anyway fingers crossed for a smooth delivery.

Fantastic display of Cotswold furniture and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Worth knowing that they have a car park on the opposite side of the main road.

I didn’t know how to leave a review for their online service hence I’ve picked the flagship store. NB not a review of the on site store.Have ordered few pieces from them over the years. First item 3 years ago. Affordable, nicely finished no fuss book shelf. Recently purchased beautiful oak wardrobes. Unfortunately one of them had scratches on them and cotswold CS have gone out of their way to send replacements and to provided a small discount.Furniture quality is good especially the wardrobes and kitchen furniture and customer service is outstanding. Will be buying more items over the years.

Beautiful location and lovely furniture. Love a trip over from time to time to eye up a new piece. Edit: they have a private carpark!

We visited the lovely Stow showroom where the helpful staff were on hand to show the items we looked at online. Having seen the furniture we made an order to fully kit-out our living room and dining room.The delivery arrived on time but a couple of pieces were damaged, they were repacked and returned by the delivery guys. This actually happened twice with one large item but the order was fulfilled eventually to our satisfaction. Customer services were helpful. We would still definitely order again as the furniture is of a high standard.
