I could not be happier with the service that I have recieved from Firzone.As I did not know much about infared saunas I rang the contact number. Maria was wonderful in answering questions and in helping me decide the best model for my needs. (It def was NOT a sales pitch and I am grateful for that.)I decided to order later that day and I recieved the portable sauna the next morning at 11am. (It was in stock which helped them get it out to me straight away.)The sauna itself, I feel is good quality. It includes two towelling neck collars, a chair, a foam pad for the floor inside and instructions. It’s easy to use and it heats up quickly. (I didn’t go for the super hot model and to be honest, I find this one more than adequate.) You might need to ‘air’ the sauna a little first as there is a bit of a plastic smell, however that soon goes.Congratulations to Firzone for firstly employing Maria as she is knowledgeable, professional and just who you need to speak to at the end of a phone. The smell from this black sauna is incredible. Plastic. My entire family have become very unwell from just being in the same room as the sauna.I’m waiting to call them tomorrow to send a delivery company to collect it.We have had this open and up in the room for a week and the smell is so horrendous we cannot be in the same room. 5 of us in the house have been so badly affected by the smell. It’s on my skin, I’ve had endless showers to remove it and it’s still there.We can all taste it and it was only myself that actually went into the sauna.This is dangerous and not normal.I’m so upset about this situationHow can a sauna be ok when you have to sit there with a covid mask on to not breathe in the fumes from the plastic ?Please be careful of fake reviews.Please think twice before ordering.I’m sat here now feeling unwell still from the smell.I’ve had to take it down and put it in my garage. The smell is still there in the room. We cannot open the door!!Scary scary time.Nothing at all wrong with the heat. ITS THE SMELL OF PLASTIC & FUMES.This product needs investigating. It’s a health hazard.

Products are on the pricey side and not ruggedly built to last, customer service and post-order communication are not good (didnt even answer half my queries), warranty is also pricey and sketchy at best borderline non-existent for products prone to break or not last.

Firzone are an excellent business I'd recommend to anyone looking to buy a quality sauna.

What an amazing product. Quality build and design. Everything works perfectly and I feel so much better in myself using this. Highly recommended. Company is lovely and quick to reply.

Lovely sauna - i have the blue FIR one. It's very easy to use and fits into a small space like a bedroom without needing any installation. I needed a replacement cover (it has been very well used) and customer service was first class. Excellent product and company
