Amos Martial Arts

I started at Ash's gym after a long break out of the sport and was made to feel very welcome by Ash himself and by the whole club. The level of instruction and detail in lesson is reflected is his own highly established grappling career. There is a wide range of experienced men and women in each class who all benefit from each lesson which he tapers to individual needs based apon your own level. Since starting back I have have seen new people walk through the doors for the first time as I did and become instantly hooked. Dont ever miss up the chance to train or pop into his gym!
