Tots First Academy

Recently registered my son to Tots First Academy (TFA) as I was not happy with the level of care he was receiving from his previous nursery.Potty training has been a bit of a challenge from his time at his last nursery, even though my wife and I communicated this with the nursery staff about it, he would come home with heavily soiled pull ups. It seemed they had more children than the staff could manage, so he wasn't receiving much attention.Since starting at TFA, he has settled in very well and the staff have been extremely helpful in developing a potty training plan which has been incorporated both at home and nursery.Communication is key and staff at FTA are very informative in relaying how my child's day at nursery went, including any issues or highlights.I can see my son is very happy at this nursery, there is so much space inside as well as the outdoor play area with plenty of fun activities to keep his little mind active.All in all, TFA is a very professional and well run nursery, I just wish I had registered my son at FTA in the beginning! I highly recommend this nursery if you are in the surrounding areas of North Wembley.

My son has been in this nursery for 3 months.And loves it. His on his summer break, but his really looking forward to going back soonAll because of the wonderful amazing teachers we have at tots first academy.They made him feel so welcomed that the was no crying.And everyday I dropped him off, he would just wave and say go ...this is my school.My son is really happy.Comfortable.Enjoying everyday.And all thanks to the teachers .

I am absolutely delighted with Tots First Academy. It's a wonderful, encouraging environment and the staff are amazing with the kids. The ladies really take the time to get to know each child individually and give them the attention they need. He is always so excited to enter the nursery. I highly recommend this fantastic nursery.

My daughter has been attending Tots First academy for couple of months now and I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Tots First academy for my daughter's early learning journey. The staff members are not only friendly but also exceptionally attentive to the needs of both children and parents from the very beginning.One thing that truly stood out was the constant updates I received during the settling - in period. It's incredibly comforting to be kept in the loop about how your child is doing.I have been impressed by the commitment and dedication shown by the staff. Their focus on providing a welcoming and nurturing environment has given me confidence in leaving my daughter in their care.

My son has been attending this nursery since August 2022 and he has settled in very well. I would like to say that I am very pleased with the care the staff are providing my son. I have seen some good progress within him, for example, he is much more independent in many aspects of his daily routine.The manager and staff are very caring and professional. They are always happy to talk with me about my son and do provide good feedback at the end of his sessions. The environment is also always clean and tidy, which is re-assuring.I would definitely recommend this nursery.

My son started this nursery more than a month ago and I am very pleased with the staff and service provided. The staff really takes effort to make kids feel like home. They offer personal attention and care to all the kids. Although it's a new setting, staff is well trained and experienced in nursery setting. The staff undertands parents concern and provide full update about the child at end of the day. I would highly recommend this nursery if you are looking for nursery that offer one to one attention and care to your child's need.

My child is been attending this nursery from the start and is amazing the staff meets all standards , is a safe nursery the child achieves all the development stages for his age, so many activities improving his skills, very clean always on point and my child is always changed and feed on time. The nursery is perfect in providing a safe and well environment for child development. #Second family for my son❤️

I really happy with this nursery. The staff is AMAZING! They are ensured a smooth settling down of my child. This is an quite new nursery so it's clean and tidy. Not too crowded which I personally prefer. They are very flexible and cooperative. It's a very good foundation for my daughter. Thank you!

Cannot thank enough! Amazing nursery. Staff ladies are awesome, very friendly and helpful. They are very professional and I can see they put their whole heart into their work. Additionally, in a couple of months of my daughter being in this nursery I can see how she advanced a lot and she can’t wait to go to nursery everyday. Just the best recommendations!
