Fantastic and friendly service. We have used them for 18 years. Cbt are helpful and knowledgable and always find us the best holidays. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Excellent service, we will only ever book using Cbt.

We used Chic Boutique to travel to New York for a special birthday. They managed the booking throughout covid, having to rearranged on 3 occasions. Lisa and team managed to get us upgraded flights and a fantastic hotel central to all the locations we wanted to visit. The whole trip exceeded our expectations.

Lisa and her team make holiday arrangements SO easy, and they easily produce fine itineraries and hotels. Last March we cancelled a trip to Mexico , we were at Gatwick, one hour before take-off. Our luggage was on the plane. The flight went ahead, the hotel stayed open, it was OUR decision to pull out, but Lisa still got our cash back (all of it).What a team!!Well done CBT and well done and thank you Lisa

Nothing has been too much trouble for Lisa in this past 12 months with the postponements of the holidays we have had booked. Friendly, efficient, great service and always keep in communication. Excellent service, worked really hard to get us what we needed, including disabled and dog friendly cottage. Called back with information when she said she would. Pleasant approach to us as customers. So refreshing for someone to actually do what they had said they would. Reliable, would certainly make Chic travel our first port of call for future holidays. They are a team of absolute professionals, where nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't book my holidays through anyone else or even by myself. Their knowledge and expertise save me time and money. I love that they put themselves in my shoes and search for the best holiday that suit not just me but my teenagers as well!

Just a quick note to say everything on our holiday was perfect and whilst feeling a bit miserable at the moment we have some amazing memories of a wonderful family holiday. The villa was stunning and we felt like millionaires for the week ..everything was catered for and it was immaculate ..the views were truly amazing and I must spent hours looking over the bay towards Corfu town . Transfer both here and in Corfu were spot on and we had little delays going or coming back. The perfect weather ( though very hot at times) and lovely scenery obviously help but thank you for looking after us and giving us a holiday to cherish …we hope to use you again in the future .Many thanks on behalf of myself and all my family who were equally enthralled
