The facilities are pretty decent, staff are friendly for the most part. Its not worth £18 for a day pass though. Monthly payment is fair @ £36, but they nearly double the first payment with 25 pound admin fee. We all know admin fee these days is nonsense just a cash grab. This needs wavering or setting to something reasonable for the little admin that's actually done

Gym equipment very good.. changing rooms and showers need a realy good deep clean...

Sauna and pool are great. Gym pretty good.Would be a 5 if you moved treadmills so they either faced mirrors or the window to look outside rather than face a blank wall

This car park gym will send to you fines charge and the dept collector agency also will charge you , if you stay parked more than 2 hours! Doesn’t matter if you are membership of this gym or not !Like a membership of this gym i try and request to everyone to fix this problem and they never do nothing !!! Now i have to fight with the Debt Collectors agency !Better go to another gym with free car park !

Visited the gym on a pass with a friend who's a member, 2 days later hit with £100 parking fine. Im a member of multiple gyms and work across the UK due to work travel and have never been fined for parking in a gym car park..

Absolutely useless gym reception staff, with far too many of them on the payroll, most doing nothing but talk and look at their 'phones all day. Staff and management totally incapable of dealing with serious issues in the gym, preferring to take the easy route of doing nothing. They only get away with being so pathetic because it's a not for profit organisation. Any commercial venue could not get away with the desperate lack of professionalism. No stars would be more accurate. Understaffed cafe. A really poor place because of management and staff.

Best gym I've ever been to. However, I'm only giving 3 stars because apparently they've just changed their rates and now I can't use it through work benefits via Hustle! I am certainly not happy about this at all because now there's only one gym close to me I can use and the rest are 20+ miles away as I live in the countryside.

My autistic and I, normally go to the swimming pool one every two month, the price used to be £10 which is OK for the 50 minutes of swimming for him, then the price to £14, and. I found it a bit deep, but OK, now today I went and the price is £18. Sorry but that way to much for 50 minutes, there is no special price for disabled, what a pity. Forest pine Swimming pool is more affordable, sorry but will not come back there.
