Sacred Space Yoga

For over a year I have been going to yoga classes with Kerrina, and would say, I have not met a better teacher. Kerrina is Knowledgeable and patient and has a really calming and engaging presence. The studio is beautiful, with everything you could need for the best experience. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and comfortably achy! Always looking forward to my next class! I would highly recommend yoga at Sacred space!

Sacred Space Yoga offered us a place to heal in safety after some tough times. Through private restorative and aerial sessions both Kerrina and Beki were exceptional at meeting our needs even though we are polar opposite in experience and coordination. We cannot thank them enough for their time with us - it was brilliant.

I love attending Kerrina's classes, either virtually or in real life. Somehow she manages to allow everyone in the class feel as if it was tailored especially for them, where ever they are in their yoga journey. The new Sacred Space studio is amazing & I look forward to lots more classes in the future. Thank you Kerrina.

My partner and I took part in a one-to-one session and found it fantastic. I’m a complete novice and was still able to enjoy the session as much as my partner who practises yoga far more frequently. We’re looking forward to another class next time we’re in town. Thank you!

Kerrina is a beautiful teacher who is passionate about all aspects of yoga. Her classes are super friendly and relaxed with a real sense of community. Everyone is welcomed, we are provided with lots of props and variations for a pose, so we can choose what feels right. And we always have a giggle!

Signing up to do a beginners course over a year ago at sacred space was one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I was so nervous about going on my own but fast forward and I'm going to as many classes as I can each week, which is easy to do because there is so much to choose from. The studio is beautiful, everyone is really friendly and supportive (you really do feel part of a little community) and kerrina is such an amazing teacher. Above all, I've seen such a drastic improvement in my mental and physical health. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone wishing to give it a go!

I would never have described myself as a typical Yoga student. Male, 60+ and somewhat unfit. Add to that some spinal neurological issues and probably more suited to the sofa.However, I signed up for Kerrina’s beginners class and despite fearing the worst I was delighted to be received with open arms and so much wisdom. It seems I am able to learn new physical movements when they are calmly and clearly explained. All the stretching and spiritual distressing really has made a difference to my physical and mental wellbeing.She attracts a fabulous community of kind hearted souls around her who also make every lesson a safe inclusive experience.Thank Kerrina for your kind heart taking such good care of me and keeping me safe and sound.
