Car was booked in for a 36k service via the lease provider. Arrived for a while you wait booking to discover the lease company had not booked it in for a service, but to investigate the service light being on! Rob could not have been more helpful in contacting the lease company and ordering the parts to turn around what could have been a wasted trip. Car serviced, washed and returned to me in under 2 hours! There are a couple of coffee shops in walking distance and they also offered a car collection service for future bookings. I can not highly recommend the personal service and effort displayed. The polar opposite of the corporate lease provider I have the contract with!

Only went to get 2 new tyres and a wheel balance, so can't really comment on the proper garage side, but the staff were really good and they carried out the work perfectly. The car drives perfectly straight again and feels good to drive.

Great work shop for repairs and always pleased with workmanship and efficiency. Have used Collinsons for all my car problems and repairs and MOTs would not use any other Workshop.

My warranty company booked my car here mistakenly and under a wrong category, causing me the need to cancel repair. Jaime called me back after an angry message from me and kindly explained everything to me in clear, understandable fashion and I felt great relief. I would now be very glad to use this repair centre and I am very grateful for the time Jaime took to explain what happened. I will certainly redirect my frustrations to my warranty company.

Always received excellent customer service at Collisons. They call before the service to confirm dates. Are happy to have the car dropped off the evening before and communicate anything that needs attention asking permission before undertaking any unexpected work. I recommend them to friends and family.

Helped me out with a suprise screw in my tyre. Was no trouble at all! Super friendly staff too.

Had a flat tyre so went to Collison Motoring Services Ltd to have 2 brand new rear tyres fitted that i had purchased & had delivered to them. Arrived at 8am and was initially told that they couldn't fit until 1pm as the new booking app wasn't working properly & they would usually call to confirm. I didn't cause a fuss at the time, i just went back at 1pm. Elliott was fitting the tyres, when he informed me that reason i had a flat was because one of the alloys had a crack so he couldn't fit the new tyres, they then proceeded on their advice to refit another run flat that they had lying around because they were having trouble with my original. Ady said 'you can have this on us' & told me to drive safety home as I could organise to get the alloy welded (which they don't recommend) by someone else. I was happy with their advice at this point as everyone seemed lovely. At no point was I advised not to drive the car!! 4 miles down the road the tyre is hanging off the alloy & the car is undrivable as they hadn't re-fitted the run flat tyre properly!!! Called the office and was told by Kailyn that a message would be passed to her manager. No phone call back as yet a day later. 8 hours waiting for AA recovery, i got home at 9pm. Car still not recovered by AA and now waiting to find out what damage has been done, to my car!! Avoid at all costs!!!

What a great company, I phoned them with an enquiry about a bespoke Powerflow stainless steel exhaust on a complicated Nissan Elgrand Import, they far exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy with it. It has the perfect sound, and performance. Whilst the car was with them, they also carried out some other work for me, all for a better price than I was expecting. Everybody I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, I would thoroughly recommend them. I had to travel a bit to get to them, but so worth it. Thank you.
