I have been using Airiam several times, since its inception, as I had positively experienced the quality Mr Warren's technical skills in his previous job, before he set up the company.He always has (upgrade) solutions available, even for my now 8- and 11- year old MAC's !Dedicated, personal service, with excellent communication throughout.Worthwhile driving to Bath for (from Bristol).

Nick at Airiam revived my very elderly iMac and got me back up and running in no time. So knowledgeable, professional and polite. Whilst the manufacturer said parts were no longer available for the machine, Airiam could source what was needed and give me several options and extra advice. A miracle performed on my Mac!

I am so impressed with this company. Even though I don't 'do' tech speak Nicholas understood exactly what I wanted to achieve. He communicated with me throughout the process and completed the work in a remarkably short time. So far, everything is working well - in fact, better than I could have hoped for. The cost was reasonable too. Can't recommend Airiam highly enough!

My 12 year old Mac had become slow to the point of frustration! Nicholas refurbished it to the latest level at a fraction of a new one. I would highly recommend him.

Nicholas was quick, efficient, very knowledgeable and sorted my lost email problem where others had failed! Plus Nicholas has today migrated all my data to my new MacBook Air. Brilliant service - There seems to be nothing that Nicholas can’t fix - when it comes to all things Mac! My wife & I both had HW Issues with our older MBAirs - requiring HD & MLB & some software work. Our home network inc 3 iPhones & Time capsule set up, filing sharing etc. was also real muddle. Nicholas sorted everything out for us with no fuss. We found him very professional, helpful, efficient & willing to answer the many questions we had. Highly recommended !

We're very pleased to have found Airiam. Nicholas responded quickly to the initial request and has a clear, professional process from diagnosis through to completion.
