We have just returned from a weeks holiday in Rhodes, and had a great time. We have being arranging our holidays through Premier Travel for nearly 20 years now and always find the staff to be very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. They have always been able to match on line prices but provide a much better service, carrying out all the admin and providing salient advice.

We have just enjoyed 10 days in Cyprus, arranged by Premier Travel. Working from our preferences Jackie proposed a number of hotels and flight timings. Jackie made all the bookings and forwarded itineraries, tickets etc. Throughout the booking process and whilst we were on holiday knowing Premier Travel were there to support us was of considerable comfort. Absolutely amazing 1weeks holiday. Booking was easy through our local travel agent. The Premier Travel team completed the booking, printed all our travel documents off so they we're ready for collection a few weeks before departure. It really was a 5* service !!!!! Also a5* service at our chosen resort. Thank you All.

Booked small boat coastal cruise to Croatia through Premier Travel St Ives. Holiday was fantastic. We always use Premier Travel to book our holidays as they are always very helpful, knowledgeable and professional A very friendly team who can never do enough for you. Premier Travel St Ives organised our fantastic eight night holiday to Lisbon and Cascais in August 2023. Their knowledge and understanding of tailoring a holiday to a customers needs is outstanding. Their expertise on accommodation to suit our needs and budget is superb. They ensured we had seamless transfers and made the whole experience effortless for us. My daughters and I have just come back from the States where we spent three weeks, one week in Las Vegas and two weeks in Orlando. Premier Travel sorted everything out for us including all the conecting flights, transfers and ESTA paperwork. The process was really simple, worry free and cam with great friendly service, I would highly recommend using Premier Travel to anyone in the future as the experience using them added to the overall enjoyment of the holiday.
